Naga \| Avatar: The Legend of Korra \| NPC Polar bear-dogs are indigenous to the regions surrounding the southern pole where Korra was raised. They are vicious predators that are hunted by members of the Southern Water Tribe for their huge white pelts, teeth, and claws. Korra found Naga as a pup, possibly abandoned by her mother or orphaned by a hunt, and proceeded to raise her as a companion. Now, Naga is Korra's trusty mount and stalwart companion. Korra is the only person in recorded history to tame a polar bear-dog.
Bolin \| Avatar: The Legend of Korra \| chiblockthat Bolin was the first friend Korra made after arriving in Republic City when he came to her rescue after she'd been caught in the training rooms of the pro-bending arena. Since then, he's been a loyal friend and even a romantic interest for Korra (though more on his part than hers). She trusts Bolin with her life, and knows that he's got her back as long as he's around. Bolin is currently the only person in Siren's Port who knows that Korra is the Avatar.


Iroh \| Avatar: The Last Airbender \| tea_lover64 Iroh is a legendary hero, so Korra was a little skeptical of his identity at first. He's offered her assistance when she needs it, and she's very grateful for all the help he's already provided. Iroh is a mentor figure. She has not told him she is the Avatar.
Zuko \| Avatar: The Last Airbender \| deformed Their relationship in the Port has been a bit tempestuous (because they are both ridiculous hotheads), but Korra knows Zuko's future self and considers him to be a good friend. She admires Zuko and wants to impress him, and even though they frequently butt heads, they always make up. She hasn't told him she's the Avatar.
Joe Fieldman/Replica Riku \| Kingdom Hearts \| madeinoblivion Joe seems like a pretty cool guy, and he's very knowledgeable in sports, which gets him extra points in Korra's book. He's invited her to be on the newly-formed Newcomer soccer team, and has even suggested that they might be able to create an adapted form of pro-bending that other Port residents can play.
